Flavour Vapour

Flavour Vapour is a national vape-selling business with a promising online presence and sales rates. However, they reached out under suspicion of not been making the best out of their e-commerce means. Therefore, they approached us for a multi-faceted service that included a complete redesign and development of their e-commerce website and SEO strategy setup (performed by a marketer).

From a UX standpoint, the project involved Flavour Vapour, a national vape-selling business with a strong online presence and promising sales rates. However, they reached out to us with concerns that they might not be fully optimising their e-commerce capabilities. As a result, they requested a comprehensive service, which included a complete redesign and development of their e-commerce website, along with an SEO strategy set up by a marketer.

The project began with a Discovery phase, where we discussed business objectives, target demographics, and conversion rates. Following this, we conducted a thorough UX audit to identify several issues that were hindering users from achieving their goals. We utilised tools such as Google Analytics, Clarity, Hotjar heatmaps, and Google Lighthouse for our analysis.

The insights gained from this process led to the creation of a brand-new site architecture, which was illustrated through a series of wireframes that formed the foundation for the final UI proposal, which has recently been approved.
