SFS Architecture

SFS Architecture is a studio based in Kansas City, Missouri. Recognised as a local powerhouse, this prolific studio has completed a wide variety of projects throughout the city. It is highly regarded for its fair approach to communities, its commitment to preserving local and historical heritage, and its focus on sustainability and enduring solutions.

As a design consultant for Foster Commerce, I was responsible for a complete redesign of their website to reflect these essential aspects of their brand, as well as their dedication to exceptional design and a human-centred approach. The outcome was a design that not only impressed stakeholders and the board but also positioned them as a top player in their industry with a focus on fairness.

The design process included multiple rounds of interviews with diverse stakeholders to understand their objectives and expectations. We assessed the audience and created personas, developed user journeys, constructed wireframes, and conducted a final round of refinement.
