Shift App | Driver’s version

The Shift App is an essential component of the Shift Online shipping service. During my time as Shift's UX Manager, my team and I focused on developing new functionalities to enhance the driver’s app with trip planning and delivery capabilities. Our goal was to give drivers comprehensive control over their earnings and schedules, helping them avoid unnecessary trips and reduce fuel consumption. Additionally, we introduced a tipping feature in the client’s app version. Both drivers and users welcomed these improvements enthusiastically.
