Shift for Homebase

During my time as Shift’s UX Manager, my team and I were responsible for leading the research and design of a mobile terminal created in collaboration with Homebase. Our goal was to provide floor staff with a smooth label-scanning experience, maximising time and efficiency by digitalising the entire shipping process.
